It's been a while

Wow so much has happened since I last wrote forever ago! Well Into the Woods is done and Aida begins on January 12. I made it! I'm a Neubian Slave that gets captured with Aida, a barge slave, and an EXOTIC DANCER!!! I'm uber excited about it! Mostly I'll be dancing a lot. Driving home from Rock Springs was quite the adventure in the snow storm that was going on. Mom came up to watch my dance concert and then she drove home with me. She was way more tense then I was.

The dance concert was fun. Although in dress rehearsal to save myself from landing on my head I caught myself with my knee twice. It then became a big purple knee. And I still have trouble kneeling on it. But that's okay, I guess that's life. I loved being in the dance concert! I was in two dances one was a trio and one was a duet. They were both really beautiful dances and concepts.

Right now during the Christmas Break I'm working at Flying J... I scan for eight hours a day... Ugh. Oh well it's money and I need money. So I guess I'll just work until I go back to school. Christmas was great though! I got everything I wanted. Including an Ipod Nano and a Cocoa Latte Machine!! I will use that machine like there is no tomorrow up in the freezing, barren wasteland that is Rock Springs. But I'm excited.

It worked!

So my bread adventure actually worked! Given that because I was about to be late for call for the play I had to take it out a few minutes earlier then I should have, however if you toast it, it's pretty good! And put peanut butter on it. It makes me really excited and it makes me feel like a little homemaker, it's fun:) This weekend has been an adventure because I've been alone in my apartment, all my roommates went home, it was kind of lonely without Heather, but that's okay because she's coming home tomorrow! And then we get to go home next week for Thanksgiving!!!! I can't wait!!!

My newest adventure!

So today I decided to have the adventure of making bread... I haven't tasted it yet... We'll see how it goes. I've been in the mood to be more... domestic? lately. It's been fun and kind of scary. On Monday I made banana bread and it actually turned out! Yay! Today I made plain old white bread but I'm super excited! I hope it works!

My Life Right Now.

Mostly I just felt like creating this blog so that my sister Amber can check out what's going on in my life... At least I hope she can. My life is pretty insane right now. We're in the middle of our run of Into the Woods here at WWCC and it's been quite the adventure. Life has been really busy and consumed by the play, but it's been a blast and totally worth doing. We have auditions for our next play Aida next week so everyone's preparing for that and I'm auditioning for the Nauvoo Performing Mission so I'm pretty stressed about that, seeing as I have to have my tape to Salt Lake by November 30th! Ah! It's coming so fast! Pretty much I love it here though, well minus when the wind blows us away... which it tries to do almost everyday, but other then that I have really good friends and we have lots of fun together. So yeah, that's pretty much my life right now.
